Transaction sorting and showing the payment methods on the batch results
ImprovementTransaction results are now sortable by ID, payer, amount, fee, and net amount on both the Transactions and Batch Details pages.
Batch results now display the payment methods included in each batch.
The BatchId is included on transaction models from the the API responses.
